ENTRY NOTES: ALL ENTRIES are taken through this page - new players (i.e. players without a CLUTCH profile) should first create their account and then register for the event. Creating a profile enables you to enter any event in the future which is run by CLUTCH, without the need to re-enter your details every time. Successful applicants will be notified after the close of entries, at which point payment will be taken. Should a successful entrant withdraw after the closing date the entry fee is non-refundable.
TOURNAMENT INCENTIVES:
The 2025 Tillman Trophy Champion will earn a HOTEL PLANNER TOUR (Challenge Tour) Start in 2026
The Top 3 finishers will earn a FULLY EXEMPT CARD for the 2026 Tier 1 Clutch Pro Tour Schedule. Players may choose to compete as an amateur on the tour, or turn pro. The exemption means access to every Clutch Tier 1 event, without the need to earn a card via the Clutch 2025 qualifying school.

Note: For players winning these incentives, they will be eligible to take them as an amateur, or as a pro if they are turning pro in 2025.
ENTRY CRITERIA:
Entries will be accepted from male amateur golfers with a handicap index of SCRATCH (0.4) or below. In the event entries are over-subscribed, the following entry criteria will apply:
We will primarily base the entries on WAGR ranking, and then handicap
1. Any player competing in the 2025 European Amateur Team Championship
2. Previous Winners of the Tillman Trophy
3. The top 15 finishers (& ties) from the 2024 Tillman Trophy
4. A maximum of 8 invites at the complete discretion of the tournament organisers.
5. The 100 players with the highest WAGR at close of entries (June 27th, 2023)
6. Players qualifying for the trophy at Tillman Qualifying events
7. The remainder of the full field of 156 players will be made up based on WHS index at closing date - it is the player's responsibility to ensure that CLUTCH has their correct WHS index on record.

PRACTICE ROUND NOTES: Official Practice Monday 14th July from 9:45am to 4pm - CLICK TO BOOK Link will open for bookings from Friday 11th July (9am).
CLUB FACILITIES:
- Range with complimentary golf balls throughout the week (Tokens from pro shop, ball machine is at the clubhouse)
- Shuttle service to range
- Putting & Chipping green
- Gym and physio facilities on site in the clubhouse - bookable via the pro-shop
- Golf Simulator with GC Quad - bookable via the pro-shop
CATERING: Available on-site throughout the week from 7:00 on Monday and 6:30am Tuesday to Thursday. Complimentary lunch on the final day, between rounds, for all players who make the cut.
